Boundary conditions and constitutive parameter identification

This study proposes a method to determine boundary conditions outside of the full-field measured area and calibrate elastoplastic parameters, allowing for a simulation of the full specimen geometry. This method has been compared to traditional routes and shows a better match between computed and measured displacement data. Measurement uncertainties are propagated at each procedure step, enhancing confidence in the optimized model.
