Thesis title : Multiscale Mechanics of Dentin with Dentinogenesis Imperfecta (DI)

Study of the modifications of the micro- and nanostructures of DI dentin and implementation of mechanical testings at the relevant scales to establish the link between the alterations of the structure and the degradation of mechanical properties in DI teeth. In particular, fracture properties are studied to understand the origin of the more numerous fractures and the loss of enamel observed in DI patients' teeth.
