Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present General Conditions of Use are governed by French law and the user, by his acceptance of the present, irrevocably gives exclusive jurisdiction to the French courts.

Responsibility

The connection of the user to the site is done under his entire responsibility. The Community cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from a malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the site, or for any material or immaterial damage that may result in any way from connecting to the Site.

Intellectual Property

The contents present on the site are the exclusive property of ENS Paris-Saclay. According to the article L.122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code, these elements are protected by the copyright, any reproduction is in principle conditioned to the agreement of ENS Paris-Saclay.
In accordance with the public law of the intellectual property and in particular according to the article L122-5 of the Code of the intellectual property, the "official documents" are freely re-usable:

  • Statements, speeches, press kits and releases;

However, it is customary to clearly indicate the source when using these contents in part or in full. The reproduction of these documents in part or in full is thus authorized, subject of course to the mention of the author's name and the source.
Non-commercial reuse is authorized on the condition that the integrity of the information is respected and that the meaning, scope and application of the information are not altered, and that the origin and date of publication are specified.
