Experimentation and Development Center
Main activities
The experimentation and development centre is above all a team of twenty research and training engineers and technicians. This team ensures the operation and maintenance of the LMPS equipment, but also the development of original and unique experiments.
Means
The centre's material and human resources are structured into four areas:
- design, manufacturing and instrumentation
- mechanical testing
- materials
- electronic and X-ray microscopy
The material resources of these divisions are distributed over the two LMPS sites: at CentraleSupélec and at the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay.
